We have been authorized to sell the following farms for the Donald G. Hill and Christy L. Hill Revocable Living Trust (Auction to be held at the Mattox Auction Center in conjunction with the Hill Farm Equipment Auction):

      

Farm 1:  108 acres, more or less, located at 851 Saltwell-Brunker Road in Nicholas County.  Open pasture farm with scattered woods and a great water supply, including three ponds and a stream that flows across the front of the farm.  Surrounded by wooded farms in a great hunting area.  County water also available.  Large open ridges with great views, plus clean woods with great pasture value for livestock.

      

Farm 2:  50.73 acres, more or less, located at 4850 Crooked Creek Road in Nicholas County.  The perfect small hunting retreat with one small tobacco barn, County water available, plus a small creek at the front of the farm with numerous deep holes for livestock water.  Great hunting area surrounded by wooded acreage. 

Terms:  10% down day of Auction, with the balance due on or before April 26, 2010.  Time is of the essence.  A 6% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final bid price to determine the total purchase price.
